Disturbed spend a third week and the top. Most of the top 25 lose points this week while “The Sound of Silence” only lost a fractor of a point. It’s lead over Meghan Trainor is, I believe, insurmountable in the coming week.
Drake and The Chainsmokers make splashy moves into the top 25, while there are a number of first week entries into the top 250, lead by Calvin Harris & Rihanna, although another DJ, Zedd was added to 1 more chart this week. Both enter the top 100 at 45 and 72 respectively. Beyonce sees 5 new entries intot the top 250 with the drop of “Lemonade”.
Next week will assuredly belong to Justin Timberlake as “Can’t Stop The Feeling” should have a huge opening week. The song of the summer sweepstakes begins now.
