A little glam rock sits atop my chart this week as ”Dirty Sexy Money” from The Struts moves 5-1 in its 4th week on the chart. Atlas Genius had a week at the top with “A Perfect End” which claims the longest ascent to #1 in a long while.
“Excuse Me” seems to have missed the summit and Chris Cornell may have stalled at #4. The next likely #1 is from Canadians Royal Tusk as “Fever” has been imbedded in my brain recently.
Outside the top 25 another royal, The Royal Concept from Sweden are moving rapidly with “Smile”. Hard for that one to not get stuck in your head as well.
Highest debut in the top 100, Joe & Jake “You’re Not Alone”. I’m a sucker for this type of UK pop.
