Beyond Radio’s Personal Chart Adds Top 100, May 17 (tracking week ending May 12)
In the song’s 2nd week, the Shawn Mendes song “If I Can’t Have You” jumps 5-1 on the strength of 25 adds. It secured 6 top 5 entries including 2 #1’s. This pushed “Me!” down to #2 in it’s 3rd week, now on 75 charts.
Kylie Minogue stays in the top 5 for a 2nd week, moving up 1 to #3 with “New York City”. It’s my favorite song by her since “Right Here Right Now” (with Giorgio Moroder) hit #1 on my chart in 2015. Before that she reached #3 on my chart in 2011 with “Aphrodite” and #1 in 2000 with her deut with Robbie Williams “Kids”.
Rita Ora continues her busy year and places at #4 with her collaboration with Kygo “Carry On”, up from #24 last week.
The next 3 songs are all brand new this week as well as collaborations, lead by Logic and Eminem with “Homicide”. Next up Ed Sheeran and Justin Bieber debut “I Don’t Care” at #6. Should have a big week next week. #7 belongs to the 3rd Madonna single in the last month “Crave”, assisted by Swae Lee. All 3 are still in the top 15, with “I Rise” rising to #10 and “Medllin” dropping to #15.
