I weave a story that includes the connection between artists, chart facts and personal anecdotes that hopefully conjure a connection to the soundtrack of your own life. The current charts and playlists are updated monthly or bi-monthly (bi-weekly for the BR250) and are curated based on a passionate audience that produce their own personal charts weekly.
In a quieter week than last Will Young moves 14-1 with his new song “All The Songs”. 3 top 10 debuts out of his 10 adds help the song beat out Ava Max and her single “So Am I” which remains at #2 for a second week and a third week in the top 2.
Tame Impala moves to #3 from 7 on the strength of 11 adds and beats out Billie Eilish’s “Bad Guy” in its first week out. The song comes from the just released album “When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?”, her first full length album.
2 dancefloor ditties make it to the top 10 in their second week out. Dynoro follows up their European smash “In My Mind” with “Obsessed”, teaming with Ina Wroldsen and moving 124-5 and the duo Sofi Tukker bound 641-10 with “Fantasy”.
Cage The Elephant’s quirky “House Of Glass” ascends to #7. Meanwhile UK duo Lighthouse Family who had a string of big hits between 1995-2001 offer their first single since 2003 “My Salvation”, jumping 235-8 this week.
Just outside the top 10 Pink debuts another song at #11, the hand clappy “Hustle.
