Beyond Radio’s Personal Chart Adds Top 100, Mar. 15 (tracking week ending Mar. 11)
This week the Jonas Brothers are anything but suckers. As the song “Sucker” explodes at pop radio the boys see 26 adds putting them far out in front of the pack this week.
Carly Rae Jepsen almost bookends the top 40 but “Now That I Found You” would have needed to more than double it’s points to hit the summit. “No Drug Like Me” slides from 26-40 on this week’s chart.
Ellie Goulding’s “Flux” moves 33-3 and also has 2 songs in the top 40 with her collaboration with Clean Bandit, “Mama” moving 76-21.
Pink slides down to #4 while a Spice Girl vaults into the top 5 from #63. Right behind her the Black Keys scored 9 adds to come in as the highest 1st week entry.
Like last week’s debut of Talk Talk’s “It’s My Life” on the heels of lead singer Mark Hollis’ death, The Prodigy see 2 songs move into the top 10 back to back with the passing of their leader Keith Flint at the age of 49.
