One duet in, one duet out. Bruno Mars & Cardi B had the 3rd biggest point jump this and that helped to push “Finesse” past “Perfect” which has been eroding over the last few weeks. The song should settle in for a number of weeks as the pace of “Filthy” has already started to slow.
The top 2 point gainers both make impressive moves. Troye Sivan moves 24-7 with “My My My!” on 807 points while the biggest point gainer Kylie Minogue sees a surge from 78-15 on an added 834 points.
Rita Ora scores 2 top 10’s this week on a 16-9 for her duet with Liam Payne “For You”. With “IDGAF” rising 66-25, Dua Lipa also sees 2 songs within the top 25. That song in top 10 in airplay in the UK while “New Rules“ (moving down one to 10 this week) is the current #1 in airplay on U.S. Pop radio.
Two other nice moves within the top 100 comes from 2 different spectrums. UK alt-rockers the Vaccines
see an 81-34 move with “I Can’t Quit” while another male/female collaboration, this time Kendrick Lamar and SZA vault 79-36 with the Pop/R&B song “All The Stars”. That along with his 2 Pop airplay songs “love” and “Pray For Me” with The Weeknd seem to indicate that Lamar’s label is trying to push him into the mainstream spotlight
