Pink stays on top for a 5th week as her album “Beautiful Trauma” hit the shelves last Friday. The title song enters the chart at #201 and I’d expect a big surge next week. While Pink and Taylor Swift had moderate point gains, the biggest point jumps in the top 25 belong to Sam Smith (12-8), helped by 19 adds, and Kelly Clarkson (9-6) with 10 adds. Both songs gained over 700 points.

Within the top 25 the biggest jump belongs to Zayn & Sia, up 11 to #12. 2 new titles enter the top 25 led by another 1D member, Harry Styles. Both songs are struggling at U.S. radio with “Two Ghosts” already on the way down and “Dusk Til Dawn” only seeing a minor gain this week. Maroon 5 has the other entry at #23. Right outside another 1D member moves 74-30 with his 3rd single this year “Too Much To Ask”.

The highest new entries in the top 100 are at #42 and #43 respectively. Nick Jonas (116-42) passed Walk The Moon (114-43) to claim the best move. As predicted last week ‘One Foot” had a very short-lived stay as a Untapped Resource.

3 notable heritage artists enter the top 250 this week. The ex-Smiths singer Morrissey comes in at #102 with his 1st song in 3 years “Spend The Day In Bed”. Pat Benatar  sees her 2nd single of 2017 “Dancing Through The Wreckage” jump 281-107. And ut of the box, Noel Gallagher enters at #169 with “Holy Mountain”. He joins his brother Liam on the BR250 who has had 3 entries this year.
