The green light is turning yellow

And it will soon be red. The dethroning of the Lorde could happen next week, even without any major upsurge from Harry Styles if her point erosion continues. Elsewhere in the top 10 Lady Gaga and Kendrick Lamar both enter on strong weeks, with Gaga having 2 weeks in a row as the most added.

3 nice moves into the top 15, led by the Bleachers moving 19-12. Right behind Paramore look poised for the top 10 next week on a 32-13 surge (tied with Gaga for most adds). British rock duo Royal Blood  leap 8 spots from 22-14 with “Lights Out”. Nothing new to the top 25 but 2 songs, “Galway Girl” and “The Fighter” re-enter.

The highest debuts to the top 100 belong to Hurts at #41 with “Beautiful Ones” and Shawn Mendes at #49 with the upbeat “There’s Nothing Holding Me Back”. Hurts have produced a powerful video for the song that previews their 4th album.
